The process, plainly

Four steps, and honest timelines.

No jargon, no theatre, and no promises we can't keep. Here's exactly how working with us goes — and a straight answer on how long it takes.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

We start with how you actually trade — in person, online, by phone, or all three — your typical card mix, your ticket sizes and where you're growing. Nothing gets recommended until we understand what you need it to do.

  2. 02

    Compare the market

We weigh acquirers, gateways and terminals against your profile, and read the terms as closely as the rates: contract length, rental, minimum charges and exit fees. You get a recommendation with the reasoning shown, not a single take-it-or-leave-it quote.

  3. 03

    Set up and onboard

We handle the application and the Know-Your-Customer checks, configure your terminals or checkout, and make sure the compliance paperwork is done properly. The aim is that going live is the easy part because the groundwork was done first.

  4. 04

    Stay on it

Pricing drifts and businesses change. We keep an eye on both and check in, so the setup that made sense at sign-up still makes sense a year on. If something better comes along, you'll hear it from us.

How long does it take?

A straight answer: it depends on underwriting.

We won’t claim “live in 24 hours.” The honest position is that timing turns on the checks a provider has to run — verifying the business, its owners and the account funds settle to. For a straightforward business with documents ready, setup can move quickly; where more due diligence is needed, it takes longer.

The single biggest factor in your control is having the paperwork to hand — ID, business details and recent bank statements. Get those ready and the rest tends to follow without drama. We’ll always give you a realistic timeframe for your situation before you commit, not an optimistic one to win the sign-up.

Tell us how you take payments. We'll do the rest.

Send us a few details and we'll come back to you by email with a tailored quote — or a plain read of what you're paying today.
